Fonseca Vintage Port, 2007 

Deep ruby almost inky colour. Very fruity with jammy forrest fruit, violets, liquorice, smoke and dark chocolate. Full bodied, rich with grippy yet ripe tannins and good freshness. Will continue to improve for another 15-20 years. Perfect with chocolate based desserts or blue cheese like roquefort or stilton.
